Overview
Decision Lab ("the App") is developed by Platonic Solid Studio. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data the App collects, how it is used, and your rights.
The short version: Decision Lab does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to external servers.
Data Storage
All data you enter into Decision Lab — including experiments, calculator inputs, results, assumptions, and notes — is stored locally on your device. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us or any third party.
Data We Do Not Collect
Decision Lab does not collect:
- Personal information (name, email, phone number)
- Location data
- Usage analytics or behavioral tracking
- Device identifiers
- Financial information beyond what you enter into the calculators (which stays on your device)
Third-Party Services
The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect certain data as described in Google's Privacy Policy. This may include:
- Device information (model, OS version)
- Advertising identifiers
- General location (IP-based, not precise)
You can limit ad personalization through your device settings under Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
No Account Required
Decision Lab does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal information to use the App.
Children's Privacy
Decision Lab is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Data Deletion
Since all data is stored locally on your device, you can delete it at any time by:
- Deleting individual experiments within the App
- Uninstalling the App, which removes all associated data
Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
